Earth Day is Here But it Won’t Save the Planet

On today’s episode of the Paying Attention Podcast, Tom is going to talk about Earth Day and how until we start holding our local legislators accountable, no amount of garbage pickup or tree planting will help save the planet.  

With the Shootings in Lawrence this past weekend Tom is once again calling for the encrypted police scanners to be unencrypted for public safety.

 He is also discussing the investigation report against the Lawrence police chief, which has been issued but not released to the public, will it end up going to trial? Will the Chief step down? Or will all be forgiven?

The Kentucky Derby is Coming to Town

Liz is the director of development for the greater Lawrence psychological center, which is the umbrella organization for Daybreak homeless shelter, women’s view and Pegasus House (a Residential Treatment and Recovery Services program for Transitional Age Youth and Young Adults) Liz is here to promote the Kentucky Derby themed fundraising event being held in Haverhill MA.
